Tariff in EUROS per week

7 nights, Saturday to Saturday. Check in from 4.30 pm onwards. Check out by 11.30 am.  

Kestrel gite; sleeps 4 to 6

Low season        450 EUR 

Mid season        500 EUR (includes Christmas & Easter)

High season        650 EUR  (2010: from June 26th, to end of August)

Barn Owl gite; sleeps 6 to 8

Low season        525  EUR 

Mid season        600 EUR (includes Christmas & Easter)

High season        750 EUR  (2010; from June 26th, to end of August)

Supplements

Faether duvets, blankets, bedspreads, feather & synthetic pillows all supplied. Full bed linen (sheets, duvet covers & pillowcases) & bathroom towels supplied at a cost of 12 euros per person; otherwise, please bring your own. Please let us know on the booking form if you require linen & house towels; but please bring your own beach towels.

Cleaning is charged at 60 euros per gite, per week. If you are happy to do your own cleaning, the gite must be left as you found it when you arrived, ready for the next occupants to move straight into.

25% deposit (of weekly gite rate) required upon booking; balance 56 days (8 weeks) prior to your arrival.

Bed & Breakfast

80 EUR per night for 2 people sharing a room. Up to 2 additional guests with a supplement of 25 EUR for adults & 15 EUR for children. Payment required upon booking please. Dinner can be booked in advance & is 25 euros per head for a two course meal with aperitifs & wine / 30 EUROS for three courses. Please see our B & B accomodation info. for menu examples & info.

Booking

A booking is confirmed when we have received your completed booking form (email is fine) & we have charged the deposit to your card.  At this time we will send you a confirmation letter by email.

Should you need to cancel our policy is as follows:

We will need to receive written confirmation if you wish to cancel (e-mail is fine). We recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance as we can only give refunds if we have managed to re-let the dates you have cancelled.

The name on the booking form will be responsible for the rest of the party. 

Sorry; no pets in the high season. Other times, well mannered pets, by arrangement. B & B rate is 10 euros per night for dogs, staying with owners.
