2008 Tariff and Booking Form

Tariff in EUROS per week

7 nights, Saturday to Saturday. Check in from 4.30 pm onwards. Check out by 10.30 am.  

Kestrel gite; sleeps 4 to 6

Low season        495  EUR 

Mid season        550 EUR 

High season        630 EUR 

Barn Owl gite; sleeps 6 to 8

Low season        595  EUR 

Mid season        650 EUR 

High season        730 EUR 

Supplements

Duvets, blankets, bedspreads, feather & synthetic pillows all supplied. Full bed linen (sheets, duvet covers & pillowcases) & bathroom towels supplied at a cost of 12 euros per person; otherwise, please bring your own. Please let us know on the booking form if you require linen & house towels; but please bring your own beach towels.

Cleaning is charged at 50 euros per gite, per week.

25% deposit (of weekly gite rate) required upon booking; balance 30 days prior to your arrival.

Bed & Breakfast

80 EUR per night for 2 people sharing a room. Up to 2 additional guests with a supplement of 25 EUR for adults & 15 EUR for children. Payment required upon booking please. Dinner can be booked in advance & is 25 euros per head for a two course meal with aperitifs & wine. Please see our B & B accomodation info. for menu examples & info.

Booking

A booking is confirmed when we have received your completed booking form (email is fine) & we have charged the deposit to your card.  At this time we will send you a confirmation letter by email.

Should you need to cancel our policy is as follows:

Number of days before the holiday start date that cancellation is received

We will need to receive written confirmation if you wish to cancel (e-mail is fine).

The name on the booking form will be responsible for the rest of the party.
